Absolute worst attorney! Super poor communication! You'll go months not hearing anything and anytime you ask for an update she charges $20 to read your email and $20 to respond. Totally nickel and dimes her clients. I was even charged $0.40 for something! She actually has a revenue stream from b...eing non-responsive! We probably paid $1,000 in just getting updates over 18 months and another $1,000 reminding her of the case details! She talks a big talk and has no backbone in the courtroom. Says she'll be assertive and then just sits there completely disheveled. We should have fired her after the first month. We paid her to resolve a clear-cut violation of parenting plan (Complete softball) and she blew it! DO NOT ROLL THE DICE ON HIRING HER! You'll be worse off than when you started and thousands of dollars more than you ever expected.

I hired Robyn Weber on Feb. 2020. To anul a simple contract that was printed off the internet. I Fired her in May 2020. I thought at $225/ hr I would get a lot more than I did. After my initial talk with her, ($180). And a $5,000 retainer. I was not able to talk to her again. Her assistant, ($17...5/hr.). Was the only person I was able to reach for the next 4 months. I was always told she was too busy. Once when I called I was told it would be two weeks before I could talk to her. Her assistant Angela, who is a Paralegal was capable and got back to me. My final bill which was all paperwork, no appearances anywhere, totaled $3300. I do not feel that she was invested in my cause. I also was mailed the same paperwork more than once which was also charged to me. When I wrote an email stating that I no longer wanted her to represent me, I was charged for two additional weeks of work. I have never reviewed anyone before but felt an obligation to let this be known.

Robyn is a source of strength throughout my divorce, establishing my parenting plan and all of the follow-up to come regarding maintaining the parenting plan. Robyn is a strong advocate, she was able to talk reason in highly emotional times and makes sure that my and my child's needs were known, foug...ht for and met. Robyn is focused, caring and ready to know your story. I highly recommend her practice.
