Scott Michael Prudhomme

I have been dealing with Mr. Prudhomme for 14 months. He has misled my family, called us thieves, and never once returned a phone cal until an hour ago when I left a message requesting another lawyer. Me. Prudhomme took $1000 from us on the premise he would open the succession of my late fathers will..., this was 12 months ago and nothing has been done. I have since fired him. The will he drew up had no information on it that he actually needed and instead of asking my father at the time, he waited 11 months to ask me after I called him daily for 2 weeks. He also accused us of stealing money and of stealing the 4wheeler mentioned in the will. Along with that he spoke cruelly about my late fathers ex wife with my uncle, the executor of the will. He was very unprofessional both in person and on the phone and proved to be very unhelpful and quite inept at his job.
