Excellent

This firm cares for a good result. They have been working with my employer for many years. All positive results. His attorney lead, Chris, displayed professionalism throughout the case. He excels at listening and understanding his clients needs. He is extremely empathetic and very personable. This is... a highly valuable characteristic and a big plus when navigating the process. Chris answered all of our questions. He has an outstanding panel of experts with him. Collette, was extremely attentive to detail and knowledgeable. She knew what to do at the precise moment and anticipated any needs in the process. She always had an answer the same day. She transpired confidence and even made it look easy. Both of them are 5 stars.

Asses into Canada

I worked with Immigration Law of Montana to get access into Canada; I was unable to vacation into Canada because of a past legal conviction. I explained my situation to Chris and he was very helpful and honest about what he could do for me. We decided to go through the process to get criminal reha...bilitated. It was a long and complicated process with all the traveling and states that I have lived in, but the system that Chris uses to communicate and check off where we were in the process was great. His assistant, Rockwell, was very fast to answer any questions I had. I got approved and now can vacation into Canada. I would recommend and use Chris and his team again. It was totally worth it.

Highly recommended, Very thorough, Accommodating...

My wife and I highly recommend Christopher Flann and his legal team. Our initial consultation was very informative. We had our own anxiety before meeting with Chris, but came out feeling very good and relaxed. Chris said he would be there to help us through the entire process. We ran into some ...complications that we did not expect. Chris and his legal assistant Collette was right there to help us through the process. When we had questions, or needed information, the response in getting back with us was fabulous. Immigration Law of Montana, Chris Flann, has a wonderful website they use or developed that allows you to see your progress and what still needs to be completed. As a client, I found this extremely helpful and convenient. We highly recommend Chris Flann, I'm sure his other assistants are equally qualified, we worked with Collette Layton and we have nothing but sincere praise for all she did. I give them a 10 out of 5 stars.

Super Experienced, Super Helpful, and Super Professional!

My husband and I first dealt with Christopher while we were still living in the UK. He promptly set up a video chat with us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our consultation so we could decide on a residency path to take. He was very patient during it despite our two wee children be...ing present (and very distracting). Christopher gave us excellent advice and we were later able to move forward with my husband’s residency application in the US, even discounting the price we spent on the earlier consultation from our application fee. We shopped around a lot at our other options in MT first and found there was no other firm that was as experienced with this sort of thing. One competing attorney in particular tried to make the whole process more complicated rather than easier to understand, we really got the impression he had only done the immigration process once or twice before! We dealt largely with Christopher’s staff from that point on, who were ALWAYS available to us (very appreciated during these potentially stressful situation) as well as being ALWAYS helpful and professional. The process of getting my husband naturalized went as smoothly as Christopher had told us to expect, and they were also EXACTLY on the money with how long the whole process would take which we really appreciated. I especially appreciated the final conversation we had with him before our big interview, he talked about what we could expect during and it REALLY calmed my nerves (and was 100% accurate!). This whole immigration process has the potential to be extremely stressful and have seriously life-changing ramifications if something goes wrong; we were SO GRATEFUL we went with Immigration Law of MT. Normally I am a cheap person and don’t like to pay professionals to do things I may be able to do myself, but in the case of immigration the stakes are just too high. We have had other experiences trying to do residency applications ourselves and despite both my husband and I being college educated, there are so many small details and hoops to jump through that it did not go well at all, which is why we decided to use a professional this time around and we’re so glad we did. Thanks to ALL Christopher’s staff, they really worked together as a team (especially the amazing Collette who held our hand through the whole procedure!!) and we would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. They dealt very professionally and appropriately with our sponsors/family members and kept everyone’s details private which was really important to us. I’m so very happy we went with them honestly, and this life-altering process is finally over! THANK YOU!

Excellent

My husband and I couldn’t be more thankful. Our application for my permanent residency went smoothly and actually faster than I thought it would be. Mr. Flann and Rock Hinkle helped us and guided us through every step of the way. They were always available to respond our questions, and everything hap...pened exactly like Flann said it would, even though our application was being processed in WA state. We’re very thankful for everything and we highly recommend him!
