I've had the best experience with this Immigration Firm

I am so thankful to have had Immigration Law of Montana, P.C help over the past 6 years! Chris Flann and his Legal Assistants assisted with all 3 of my immigration processes (adjustment of status, removal of conditions and citizenship). They are timely, responsive, professional, kind, and truly care ...about you and the work they are doing, and I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone looking for immigration assistance.

Canadian candidate for employment by VISA in USA

Yellowstone Pathology Institute engaged Mr. Flann's practice to bring a well qualified employee candidate to us from Canada. They did great work! They explained everything thoroughly and outlined the costs and timeline so we knew what to expect. Even when we experienced a hiccup at the border for o...ur new employee, at no fault of ILOM, they promptly assisted us in the next steps so we could smoothly work through the obstacles and get the candidate cleared for work. They communicate very well and are timely with their work and accurate. I will use them again if the need arises, without hesitation. They understand the law well when it comes to employee VISA's and I felt confident in their preparation and product.

Truly life changing

I would like to express how thankful I am for finding this law firm and the people that work there. They made the process of our I-130 forms and consular processing fast and easy, there is no way we could have done it ourselves and had the outcome we had! We didn’t have to worry or wonder if we did i...t right. They answered all our questions and made me feel at ease, no matter what the question was. I am so thankful for everything they did to bring us together and make the process worry free for us. I would highly recommend them if you are trying to be with a loved one or family!

Green Card

I will start by saying that I'm very grateful to have found these two people, Christopher and Collette to help us during our green card process. Since the first meeting, Christopher was very straight forward and demonstrated a lot of knowledge and experience in the area. He made us aware of the Visa ...Bulletin and when was the best time to start our process. We hired a lawyer because our case was very unique. In our first meeting Christopher explained every detail and let us know how we should proceed and prepare for the possible outcomes. They helped us during the entire process and answered every question that we had. Collette helped us organize all the documents and made sure we had everything in order before we submitted the application. After we filed the application we were always communicating with Collette to make sure that things were going well. She let us know every time they received a notice in the mail so we knew what to expect. As soon as we received the interview notice in the mail we scheduled a pre-interview meeting with Christopher. Christopher explained to us the structure of the interview and how we should prepare for it. Collette arranged an interpreter for us which was very important since my husband is not fluent in English. We had Christopher and the interpreter attending the interview with us and I'm glad we did that. Christopher made all the difference during the interview. He guided us during the entire time and made us calm and confident. We didn't have a final decision right after the interview but Christopher and Collette assured us that things went well and it did. A few days later we got an email from USCIS saying that the case was approved! Collette was more than a legal assistant in our case… she was patient, positive, careful, and was able to make the entire process smooth and easy for us. Christopher was always honest, positive, careful and very professional. We consulted other lawyers in Montana before hiring Christopher and his staff but after talking to Christopher for the first time we were confident that he would be the best lawyer for us. It was the first time we hired Immigration law of Montana and we will hire them for our future applications. We are very happy and confident that they are the best immigration law firm in the US.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
