FOLLOWING THE SEPTEMBER 11 ATTACKS, I MADE THE DECISION TO JOIN THE MARINE CORPS. LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WOULD BE THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. I LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF HARD WORK, DEDICATION, HONOR, COURAGE AND COMMITMENT. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I LEARNED ALL ABOUT LOYALTY AND SERVICE TO OTHERS. THIS MENTALITY STUCK WITH ME EVEN AFTER MY EXIT FROM THE SERVICE. IT HAS BECOME MY CREEDO. I BECAME A LAWYER TO PROVIDE HOPE TO OTHERS, LEND A HAND DURING TOUGH TIMES, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HAVE PEOPLE'S BACKS. EVERYONE AT SOME POINT IN THEIR LIFE FACES CHALLENGES. IT IS MY HOPE THAT I CAN IN SOME WAY PROVIDE HOPE AND A SERVICE THAT MAKES LIFE EASIER, OR HELP OTHERS SEE THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
