David Duane Dusek

I hired Dusek Law to represent my son with his Felony and Misdemeanor charges. David Dusek was his attorney, and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in letting my son know how he can help him work through his terrible decisions. I was upset with my son but still wanted a good outcome, if ...any was possible. Yes, it cost money and in the end was worth hiring Dusek Law. My sons outcome was the best it could be and we understood that and why. We were happy hiring Dusek Law. We appreciate his time and knowledge he put forth in the case and were pleased with the end results.

Paid a $15k retainer fee for a class C felony only to very shotty communications due to him being on vacation constantly. I was looking at 10 years with the first plea agreement this piece of trash got me. I Fired him and and got a new lawyer who got me down 1 year and 3 years probation. Firing this ...guy was the best decision I ever made.

He talks a fast game to get your money. And does nothing about anything??? His wife and him are too busy spending people free money on vacations and golfing!!!! Waits for the last minute before your trail before he starts to make himself look good??? at that time it’s way too late!!! He forgot what y...ou sent all to him and pretty much forgot about you period??? All he and this wife wants is your money period!!! He needs this license revoked and sent to prison for life for fraud!!! claims he has 2 business in the minot area??? Checked them out and the business he claims that have offices in them are abandoned buildings??? Claiming business that don’t exist?? must be a good write off for him every year??? The people that talk good about him are all lairs in my book… He couldn’t get a dog out of the dog pound…. A waste of time and your money… He cost me 9k . And wanted a nother 7k. And never even went to trial on a misdemeanor change??? He got a free 9k , But the extra 7k he never received lol…. He’s not worth the skin he’s in. He got a Big F..k you in return What a Joker!!!The woman that work for that crook … Are all brain washed by him!!!!

Mr. Dusek went above and beyond what any other attorney would do for me in my representation. Mr. Dusek gave my cases the the needed attention and care to get me great end results. The Staff was very courteous, kind and respectful, too. Throughout the process, he made me feel like an important perso...n. In the end, I could tell that he really cared about me getting the best outcome for me and my future.

Paid big bucks to go to trial on a felony and told me a week before trial I had to take states offer after we already paid for the trial, wont refund any money, he was on vacation most of the time I tried to contact him, couldn't keep facts straight, had assistant do most of the work. STAY away go ge...t anyone else!
