I had a great initial consultation with Josh. He seemed very knowledgeable and personable, but soon after he showed his true lack of work ethic. During my divorce case, he consistently neglected to post documents and even went on vacation - when he said he'd still be working on my case - during the w...orst possible time in the proceedings. The documents that weren't posted caused hundreds of dollars in extra fees to accrue, which he said he would cover since it was his fault in the first place, but ultimately, I was charged those fees as "miscellaneous legal fees." In the end, I was coerced into taking a deal which left me essentially in financial ruin due to his carelessness and neglect in explaining the fine legal details of the settlement - a settlement that he claimed was the best possible outcome. I've since had other lawyers look over my case and, quite literally, been laughed at because of how terrible a job Josh did. I never once felt like I was actually heard, was constantly interrupted on the phone, and never felt like he truly cared about my case. Would never, ever recommend, even to an ex-spouse.
