We hired her to do our bankruptcy case. From the very first convo with their person who contacts you after you fill out a request online it’s just been downhill. We were lied to more than once about when we could file. Once we were finally able to file she did not do her job and completely rushed eve...rything. In fact she did not a contact us to go over our information for filing until the day before the deadline. When we went through it with her there were several mistakes including the spelling of my name. The biggest issues was the main reason for filing was to stop a garnishment that she didn’t even include in the bankruptcy even though we had discussed it multiple times with her and their contact person. She charged us for the fees to add and amend the filing even though she is the one who waited until the last minute, and was the one who messed up. Then basically no contact for over a month until right before our hearing. She didn’t even go over the process or anything with us until 30 min before our zoom meeting during which most of the issues were not corrected and had to be brought up again. She took responsibility for the errors, but still charged us for it. She will not return emails or phone calls, for weeks if at all. She said she would be able to get back all money garnished and we would split it 50/50 with her. It’s been over 2 months since we filed and she has not done a thing in that regards. We even had to get the info for her because she claimed she couldn’t get HR to respond to her. We sent her the needed info ourselves several weeks ago and have not heard from her once. She always has an excuse like a busy week, vacation or illness, but that does not excuse the weeks of no communication from her and her not doing her job!!! Absolutely do not waste your time and money using her for anything.
