Mark helped me through a dui charge. My charge was changed to a recklace driving charge.

Great Attorney!

After being charged with 3 class C felonies and 1 class A misdemeanor, Mark had gotten 1 felony and the misdemeanor dismissed. After looking at 16 years and $18,000 in fines, he got it reduced to credit for time served, two years supervised probation with deferred imposition and a $660 fine. I could ...not have been more grateful for all his help and knowledge.

Best in the business

Mark is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He is a well respected professional in his community and comes highly recommended by many. Good

Very aggressive and proactive, the proactive part is very good for an attorney. Communicative, sharp, prompt and works quickly. On a more negative note, as a defendant in a criminal case, you sometimes find yourself wondering whose side is he on. You'd think as a defense attorney, he'd be trying t...o dismantle the case against you, not help build it. Also, he's very sneaky about billing and there's a clause in the contract that you can't get any of your retainer back. Don't be surprised if you get nickel and dimed for every little thing, even if he breathes or dreams about your case. Makes you think that he cares more about the financial incentive of criminal defense, not helping an individual in a very vulnerable position. He is, however, very well respected in his community of colleagues.
