Biography
John W. Burke is a founding member of Thomas Braun Bernard & Burke, LLP. In 1993, he received his B.A. from Northern State University. He then earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1996. His primary areas of practice at the firm include motor vehicle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, business litigation, construction disputes, and ethics and professional responsibility claims. He is licensed to practice in the states of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wyoming and has been recognized for his legal work by highly regarded national organizations such as Martindale-Hubbell.
