Hollie Smith

Hollie Smith is a partner at Loos, Sabers & Smith practicing primarily in the areas of domestic relations. Prior to joining the firm, Hollie practiced as a trial lawyer in Nashville, Tennessee focusing on family law, appellate practice and insurance defense.

Hollie was born and raised outside of Rapid City, South Dakota on her family’s cattle ranch. Hollie graduated from Augustana University in Sioux Falls where she earned a B.A. in political science with an emphasis in communications. During college, she competed as a Division II collegiate athlete on the track and field team as a pole vaulter. Upon graduation she owned a consulting firm where she recruited for various agricultural companies around the U.S. After her undergraduate studies, Hollie received her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law. She currently represents clients in various family law matters with emphasis in high asset divorces involving marital farm and ranch estates and marital businesses, custody, alimony, child support, and prenuptial/ postnuptial agreements. Hollie resides with her husband and three children on their family's ranch in Scenic, South Dakota.
