Diana Boni

With a seasoned background in international adoption and immigration, spanning twenty-five years, Diana Boni brings a wealth of experience to her legal career. She was an exchange student in Mexico as a girl, and worked with a Haitian orphanage and the Haitian and U.S. governments for fifteen years as an adult.  She has assisted over 450 families with immigrating their adopted children to the United States from various countries around the world. She can speak Spanish and Haitian Kreyol.  Diana's passion for immigration stems from having been on both sides of the issue - as the adoptive mother of five Haitian-born children, she has been on the requesting end of immigration benefits - and as a representative, she has requested immigration benefits for hundreds of other families. 

Diana pursued her fascination with the law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she graduated with top honors (summa cum laude) and subsequently joined the South Dakota Bar.  She offers a wide range of legal services, particularly in immigration, along with her work as a court-appointed defense attorney serving the local community. Diana specializes in family immigration.
