Biography
I joined the Zimmer and Duncan law firm as an associate attorney on May 11, 1992. I became a partner in the firm and we became Zimmer, Duncan and Cole in 1996. I focus primarily on trials and litigation. In 2017, Zimmer, Duncan and Cole changed its name to Northern Plains Justice, LLP.
I have tried to verdict 24 jury trials and have tried hundreds of court trials. I have also briefed and argued 7 reported cases to the South Dakota Supreme Court and 1 reported case to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
