Amanda Engel

Amanda Engel grew up on a farm near Clark, South Dakota.  After spending several years living in North Dakota, Amanda moved back to South Dakota to continue to develop her legal practice in her home state.

Amanda has been admitted to practice law in the State of South Dakota since 2012.  She is a motivated and determined attorney who works hard for her clients.  She gives her clients the individual attention her or she deserves.  Her practice centers around litigation, with focus on family law, property disputes, collections and business litigation.  Amanda also assists individuals and companies with the startup and formation of businesses. 

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Amanda graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with cum laude honors.  During law school, Amanda successfully competed in numerous advocacy competitions.  She was  champion of the 2010 UND School of Law Moot Court Competition, finalist of the Herbert J. Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, NY, and finalist of the 2011 UND School of Law Mock Trial Competition.  She is also a member of the Order of Barristers. 

Amanda is based out of both the Sioux Falls and Parker offices.
