I am a Certified Civil Trial Specialist, and a Civil Qualified Neutral. I do both Plaintiffs and Defense personal injury litigation. I represent one homeowner's insurance carrier over the last fourteen years throughout Northern Minnesota. Out of twelve Court of Appeals cases, I have successful results in all civil cases in the Court of Appeals except in a transportaion administrative law matter. I have received a number of Summary Judgment defense decisions  recently in major litigation against a number of members of the senior bar in three district courts in Northern Minnesota. I have received a half million dollar verdict in a soft tissue whiplash in Koochiching County, and have successfully resolved numerous dram shop claims in three different Counties. I successfully sued the same resort (now under new ownership) for dram shop liability in two different snowmobile lawsuits and a car accident. I not only won in the Court of Appeals a decision proving fraud as to a lawyer as to his client, but received a jury verdict in excess of $150, that resulted in a $218,000 subsequent settlement in that case. I have handled successfully a number of construction dispute cases and arbitration decisions.
