Simon Charles George

Simon George is my oldest son's attorney. He claims there is no such thing as caps in the state of Minnesota that there's no top end punishment and low and punishments. Then when me his mother or talking to him asking him what kind of plea agreement are they bringing he said there is no play and swor...e up and down and then left said he had to go to the bathroom and then came back out said he had to talk to somebody else and then when we finally got into a room he says well what will happen if you do this and they're going to the other one out that's the plea agreement that he said that they don't have if he pleased he said they weren't doing that but then the same day later that it does happen then I tell him information regarding the treatment center he went to and how that lady made assumptions saying it was knowledge which could have done that right out because the treatment center was to help my son and his case but because he got terminated from there they didn't open up their eyes to what was being said in the reports from the lady and the lady also didn't know what she was saying anyway and she was not accurate and that could be proven but Simon George decides to say well that's got nothing to do with him getting kicked out of treatment does have nothing to do with his disposition what's going to happen to him that's crap the judge knows that he was terminated and it was stated by the prosecutor over his behavior so this attorney does not know what he's doing I call him today to try to talk to him and again he tells me that I'm wrong about everything I say he tells me that there is no repercussions from getting kicked out of treatment which was wrong and Ally. He acts like he doesn't want to talk to nobody he's just J capital J Capital you capital S capital t a public defender so he's working for the state his paycheck comes from the same people the prosecutors comes from. To my belief but he still working for the government that's all that matters and then this guy I tell him today I think that he's rude and just let me know how he is he hangs up on me. And this the person that's trying to help my son as of whether he's going to go to juvenile prison or get out of jail.
