Zachary C. Burmeister

To help resolve an issue I needed professional services. To assist me I selected Zachary Burmeister, who said he was intimately versed in solving such problems. At first Zachary Burmeister seemed interested. His suggestions included reaching out to tell the opposing party that their actions of misusi...ng my possessions would have consequences. Their representative ignored these protestations and proceeded to claim that I was the problem. This was the exact opposite of the facts. Zachary Burmeister was slow to respond to my inquiries about the ensuing status of events. He was quick to bill me. All my bills were timely paid. My dealings with Zachary Burmeister lasted over one year. He responded less and less to my inquiries. I know that the exchange of information costs money. I would email “status?”, and wait weeks, sometimes months for a response. Zachary Burmeister excuses included being short staffed or too busy. Too bad I did not take a cue and fire him. I later discovered in my file he kept – which took months to retrieve, and only partially given to me – communications that went on between him and the other party. I was never made aware of these communications. A meeting was then held with an intermediary who went between me and the other party. Zachary Burmeister sat silent while this go-between person harangued me and berated me. Zachary Burmeister told me not to worry that this exchange would not amount to much of anything. As he sat with his head in his hands he seemed to be laughing at me. Chuckling at my expense. It was an expensive affair. Zachary Burmeister told me lies that an ensuing agreement could be easily broken. He never explained the consequences of agreeing. This result lead me entirely down the opposite path than I sought. I learned that I was not the only client duped by him. Others expressed similar reactions he made to them. To make matters worse Zachary Burmeister left me and my situation with no prior notice or communication. Incompetent, uncaring, unknowledgeable, indifferent, uninterested, and unresponsive are a few of the words that describe him for me. Do not employ this person as he cannot be believed for truth or justice.
