Do marriage papers count as emancipation in Minnesota? Or would the court still have to grant my emancipation?

The case name and cite that Ms. Dwyer mentioned is Lundstrom v. Mample, 285 N.W. 83 (Minn. 1939). Emancipation can occur by lawful marriage.
