Ms. Hoffman has been an amazing family attorney guiding me and my case through all the twists and turns of grandparent visitation. She's extremely knowledgeable about family law with what needs to be done and what to expect. She also has a big heart and genuinely cares about the clients she represents. She'll check in with me to make sure everything's okay because when dealing with family, it can take its toll physically and emotionally. That combination is difficult to come by! It's what makes her great at what she does! I'm thankful that she answered my initial phone call and grateful to have her in my life! She's not just a wonderful attorney; she's a wonderful person and friend!
She was very professional and courteous. She explained everything very well. She was very accurate putting documents together based on the information I provided. Invoice was detailed and very informative. It was so refreshing to hire someone that is competent and skilled. That can be hard to find these days.
I practice in all areas of family law including but not limited to adoption, child support, custody, dissolution/divorce, grandparent visitation, and paternity.

Amazingly Kind and helpful. A true blessing!
This woman not only spent a lot of time explaining things to me and working to understand my situation, she also found a way to meet my legal needs through a service I didn't even know was available to me. She is very competent and extremely helpful. I will continue to utilize her services if I ever find myself in need of legal assistance again.

Friendly, helpful, and hardworking!
I came to Karen in an absolute terrible state, and together we both tried our best to make my situation better. Throughout our journey together, I came to rely on Karen for so much. She was not only my lawyer, but someone I could confide in. The best decision I have ever made was hire her to help in my custody battle. I will be using her services again when we finish our overseas tour in order to relook at my custody and parenting time.

child custody case
Karen was very understanding and personable and explained things well! She worked very hard for me while the other party came up with a lot of off the wall complaints to her lawyer about me including some that didnt even make sense! She had to spend time informing the other partys lawyer that they were unjustified because her atty. Did not have a working relationship with his client and didnt know these complaints were apparently time stallers!

Karen Hoffman
We have communicated mainly through the AVVO website and by E-mail. I have had one conversation on the phone. Karen has only had limited information so far. Karen has been understanding of the situation we have. We haven't formally met yet but will in the near future.
