The court appointed Mr Kuhn to represent my aunt's best interest and he rejected moving her to a loving home with a caring minister's wife, who just wanted company and to care for one person. Mr. Kuhn kept my aunt in a lock down ward in a nursing home where she had no items from her home for memor...y cues. At the trial, my aunt even remembered who the president was... she was a flight risk and they put her in that ward with other patients who could barely talk. She would have loved going to church and living a wonderful life with that minister's wife! Before the trial Mr. Kuhn tried to keep me from orienting my aunt to being in the court house... she was confused why she was brought there. Mr Kuhn tried to keep me from speaking to her, which confused me at first ...until I realized what his intentions were. My aunt was self pay and could of enjoyed living anywhere on her $400,000 savings... instead of wasting away in that ward!
