Biography
I moved to St. Cloud when I was two months old and I have lived here all but seven years of my life. I started my practice at Schmidt and Lund, moved on to Lund, Kain and Scott and now have a solo practice. I have extensive courtroom experience ranging from jury trials to hundreds , if not a thousand, court trials. I have handled many appeals over the years. Despite that, I believe that people are best served by trying to resolve their differences outside of the courtroom, using the trial only as a last resort.
