My work with Ken all started when I hired him back in 2013 for a charge I was facing that could have came with much more serious consequences had I hired the wrong guy in my desperate time of need. But I hired the right guy. Ken was able to negotiate MUCH less jail time, much less fees, and Was able ...to get me a much lesser conviction that would in turn NOT ruin the entirety of my reputation or my life. As with any felony charge, Firearms rights are taken away for life with sometimes slim chances of ever getting them back. After the successful completion of my probation 1.5 years ago I had my felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor charge, this was just a small part of the plea deal Ken was able to negotiate For me 7 years ago so that I wouldn’t be a life long felon. But even though I am no longer a felon My rights to own and possess a firearm were still hindered. I thought I would never be able to hunt with a rifle again. I reached out to Ken for advice and he paved the way to everything I needed to do to get these essential rights reinstated. I hired Ken in June of 2020 to get my firearm rights reinstated. After petitioning the court we were successful in August of 2020. My rights to own and possess firearms were restored 100% which is a very crucial right to have in the days we are living in. Much of this was due to my good behavior and personal change over the years, but Ken was able to properly write and word the documentation provided to the judge that would be necessary to get the results in my favor. I am now fully reinstated as a citizen with no restrictions. It would not have been possible without the time and effort that Ken put forth for me. I highly recommend hiring Ken to get the outcome you’re looking for.
