That’s child pornography and a felony. It’s a major problem if law enforcement finds out and it would likely carry jail time and felony probation.

You have to go to prison to be processed if your sentence is executed, even if you’ve served the entire executed portion of the sentence.

You get what you pay for. I’d suggest that you figure out a way to come up with some money if you’re unhappy with your public defender.

You will have to appear in court and you could be looking at jail depending on criminal history. Get an attorney to represent you.

Why tempt fate? Just notify your agent of the situation. You are running the risk of a probation violation and getting in trouble.

It is a valid traffic stop if the judge believes the officer’s testimony that you weren’t wearing your seatbelt.
