No, you cannot weigh in on a motion to dismiss. You can testify at trial if the matter goes to trial.

I doubt they gave your “roommate” a court date on a holiday. He should get an attorney ASAP and turn himself in on the warrant.

It’s possible. I presume you’ve been ordered to abstain while you’re on bail. So you could be tested if that’s the case.
