We were referred to Anderson Skubitz, and Kimberly took on our case. The case started small and ballooned into much more than what we were all expecting. Kimberly handled it all with such grace. She was thorough, detailed and had great communication. These things are not easy, and she was able to wal...k us through each step. I have already recommended her to friends and will do so again. In addition, Anderson Skubitz helped us with our estate planning and some guidance when my mother passed away. They were wonderful through that process as well.

I was going through a very hard custody battle regarding my kids it was complete chaos and I felt like my life was never gunna be stable. I wish I would of seen the REAL reviews of her before we hired her. She is a terrible, incompetent attorney! We paid her a full retainer plus more. She failed to submit highly important evidence to the court which resulted in us not even being granted a hearing. We requested a full refund, but d...idn't even get a partial one because it was "hers and her boss's conclusion that the evidence would not have made difference anyway." The judge treated us like idiots because we didn't have proof of anything... we didn't know why he repeatedly said, "lack of evidence" until after we were denied a hearing and contacted the Court ourselves to find out Kimberly didn't submit ANY of our evidence. We also told her and her boss the specifics of our case prior to signing the retainer agreement and OF COURSE they told us we had "a very strong case" and they just had one very similar with a 12-year-old and won. We didn't even get a hearing! Do NOT hire her. Spend the extra money and go to someone who knows what they are doing and won't mislead you the entire way!!! We do have proof of all of this.
