I provide services for those persons and businesses involved in the Minnesota workers' compensation system.

A family doctor addresses your basic medical issues and acts as a gatekeeper to specialists. I provide similar advice and counsel to businesses in all sectors of the economy. Basic questions and guidance are provided as needed and I also address the complex questions involving litigation, employment and workers' compensation law. If specialized knowledge is needed on a complex legal issue I can’t address, I facilitate the introduction to my partner(s) who can provide that knowledge.

I represent employers in the managment of their employment practices, including setting employment policies, providing counsel regarding addressing current problems with employees, and defending claims brought by employees against their employers. I provide guidance and counsel to employers regarding governement investigations and audits into their employment practices. I also advise executives and other highly paid employees concerning their employment relationship with their employer.
