Beth Anne Serrill

In my employment law practice I work closely with human resources professionals to create policies and anticipate and handle employee issues. I also help educate managers and staff about employment law issues through presentations and written materials and handle employment law litigation.

In my family law practice I work with families in times of transition to solve problems and create plans to help facilitate communication and decision-making in the future. While my practice includes motions and trials before the court, I work hard with my clients and other professionals in the community and beyond to create an environment where parents can work together to create their family plan for the future. In addition to dissolutions of marriages with children, I also handle dissolutions
