Beau represents clients in criminal defense, DUI/DWI cases, family law, landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection, and real estate matters.

Beau is married and has four wonderful children. He enjoys playing and watching sports and is very active in the community. Beau has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors at Ready Set School and has served as President on the Board of Directors at the Winona Community Foundation. Also, he was a member of the Young Professionals of the Chamber of Commerce.

The Best
I was cited for a DUI. I was facing major consequences because I live out of state. Beau was able to get my DUI dismissed, and I pled guilty to careless driving instead. I was thoroughly impressed with his demeanor, his professionalism, his responsiveness, and the results. I give him my highest recommendation, he saved me my job and my license.

Criminal charges
Don't think you can't be charged with a crime you did not commit. Beau took my case when others declined and pursued it vigilently to an outright dismissal. This young lawyer is the Matlock of Winona.
