About Gary
Biography
Gary Gittus began his career as a certified law student prosecutor with the St. Paul City Attorney's Office in 1985. He then worked at Paige Donnelly and Associates in St. Paul, MN in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense from 1985-1987. Mr. Gittus then returned to Rochester and worked as a prosecutor in both the Rochester City Attorney's Office and Olmsted County Attorney's Office from1987 through 1995. During this time, he prosecuted criminal offenses of all kinds from DUI charges to violent felonies.
His experience as a prosecutor has prepared him to provide excellent legal defense services starting in 1996 with George F. Restovich and Associates for nine years. In 2005 Gary started his own firm and continued to serve the community. He is also a former president of the Olmsted County Bar Association and a past or present member of many other community organizations.
Although the firm works largely in the area of criminal defense, Gary also conducts a successful personal injury practice. For years, he has worked to win cases on behalf of injury victims and get them the compensation to which they are entitled.
