Helped with complicated family dispute

Rude, unprofessional and non-performing

Jill was utterly unprofessional. Consistently failed to respond to emails and other messages, even those clearly labeled "urgent" with a stated deadline. Rude beyond belief; answered reasonable lay-person's questions with sarcasm and derision. If I did not understand what she meant and asked a fo...llow-up question she would repeat the same answer but louder, sometimes yelling at me. When I complained about her non-performance on the urgent matter, she withdrew from my case a month before a crtitical mediation, requiring me to scramble to find a new attorney at the last minute. She labeled my entirely reasonable compaints to her and her staff, during which I neither raised my voice nor used foul language, verbal abuse. Her excuse for her non-performance: she was on vacation. Funny that none of her staff saw fit to mention this in reply to my multiple inquiries over her days of non-response.
