Andrew Poole was the first attorney I have hired. He was always available to speak with me and always returned my e-mails right away. His price was incredibly reasonable especially considering he was representing me on two different cases. I was charged with hit and run on an unattended vehicle, four...th degree DUI, 2 misdemeanor minor consumptions, a fleeing the police charge, as well as open container and public intoxication. After two pre-trial hearings I was able to resolve the matter via Andrew's fantastic plea bargaining. One of my cases (1 minor consumption, fleeing the police, public intoxication, and open bottle) was dismissed altogether. I ended up pleading to the fourth degree DUI and 1 minor consumption (which was amended to a petty misdemeanor). We benefited from a change in prosecution as he was much more willing to work with Mr. Poole than the County Attorney who represented the state in the 1st pre-trial hearing had been. Seeing as I am underage and blew .14 the night of my DUI this was a fantastic outcome and I am so happy that I hired Andrew Poole to defend me. He was also more than willing to take my case to trial in order to try and fight the DUI as there were some unusual circumstances for no additional cost however I ultimately decided to take the plea.
