Good- and NOT costly
We consulted Mitch for legal advice on renting out our little house. He was fast, and very reasonable- at least compared to another attorney we had in St. Cloud, whom we liked, but was about twice as expensive. He also didn't have to run his advice past a partner (with an additional charge!) to ok it...
