I appreciate how thorough Max was during our phone and email conversations. He was direct with his communication and was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand. I was never made to feel "dumb" and felt validated in all the questions I had for him. He was sympathetic to the e...motional toll a work injury has on a person. I appreciate that he was well versed in the law, and if he did not know something (or just wanted to confirm), he would consult a colleague. I appreciated he responded to emails or voicemails typically within 24-48 hours (very reachable). I do wish there was a better way to get him/his paralegal information and to ensure he had received all documents along the way, instead of waiting until the near end to ensure all information was received and included.

I appreciated the fact that Max was always available and/or would return my phone calls/emails quickly. He explained each step of the process in layman's terms. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor (and knew when to use it).
