She turned on her vacation responder minutes after I sent retainer. She promised emergency OFP/etc would be filed by deadline and she did not deliver - was completely MIA and unresponsive. The little bit she did fill out was incorrect and riddled with typos. Had to report her in order to get any of m...y retainer back and then she lied to the board in defense of her actions, or lack thereof. She is still under investigation from my understanding. Personally I do not believe she should be able to practice. My situation was a dire emergency - lives were at risk - and Jessica pounced on the opportunity to take advantage of that. Deplorable.
