Efficient, effective and accessable.
We started with Bridget 5-6 years ago and found her knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all our questions. She handled our wills, trusts, POA's and everything that needed doing for a newly retired couple. We have recommended her to many friends and relatives.

Didn't seem to care.
Met with her via a Hiatt Legal reference through my employer. She seemed to rush us through the he process and wouldn't answer our precise questions. Always felt like we didn't matter. Maybe her pay rate via Hiatt wasn't enough to treat us better. Anyway, we'll likely have to redo our Trust.

Good experience
My husband and I worked with Bridget to set up our wills. She was very knowledagable and efficient. The entrie process took less than 3 weeks from beginning to end. I plan to use her again when the wills need to be updated.
