Mark primarily handles municipal liability claims, automobile accident claims, and various civil litigation matters. Across practice areas, he focuses on the successful resolution of all litigation matters, with an emphasis on defending claims and disputes in cases involving civil rights, claims against municipalities and their employees, and real estate matters involving zoning and land use issues.
