Gretchen Ann Ziehl

Gretchen is a prosecuting attorney for Sherburne County and I found her very difficult to deal with. She did not want facts! She just wants numbers of prosecuted. If she is you prosecuting attorney do anything you can do to get a new one. She is not fair at all and will not listen or review fact...s. In my particular case I was order to take an psychological test from the doctor they picked. The doctor had so many problems and was never available and always had a life crisis and had to tell me all his problems. ????? I was constantly trying to set an appointment with this crazy doctor. Finally he picks a day at the last minute as it was due to the courts in a few days. So I go there and the Dr. States he is out of testing paper while he is quickly erasing someones else s test! I try to refuse not knowing if the computer would read it wrong and he assured me it would be fine. I was never shown of copy of the report from the doctor. I go to the next court date and my public defender say to just please guilty on a felony terrorist threats. No violence, No Drugs, Nothing! No history of it every in 45 years! He said she spoke with Gretchen and they will just lover it to a petty misdemeanor and probation. Well no! I get charged with this and completely ruined my life. I have plenty of evidence I did not say I was going to harm someone? NOW THIS IS THE REAL KNICKER ....MONTHS LATER I GET A CALL FROM SHERBURNE COUNTY AS I DID NOT THAT THE PSYCOLOGICAL TEST AND I WAST TO REPORT TO JAIL. I CALLED THE CRAZY DOCTOR GOT A COPY AND IT ONLY HAD MY NAME ONE IT. THE WRONG JUDGE THE WRONG PERSON A MALE (I am female) SOMEONE WHO COMMITTED PHYSICAL HARM ON A CORRECTIONS OFFICER AND ANOTHER ACT OF SERIOUS VIOLENCE THAT GOT HIM TO JAIL ! THAT SUMS UP THE LETTER FROM THEIR CRAZY DOCTORS NO ONE READ THE REPORT? NOT THE JUDGE, NOT GRETCHEN ZIEHL, OR MY "PUBLIC DEFENDER"?
