Throughout the case she provided good legal perspective and advice and was understanding/empathetic of the personal aspects as she did so. In addition to her careful, attentive, calm and responsive nature, Jennifer's billing system is such a relief. The flat-rate method is so much more reasonable. With my prior attorney's hourly billing, I was hesitant to simply request an update because I'd be billed for both her time and her paralegal's time, and often the answer would be something simple like, "Nothing yet"--but receiving that small answer would cost me $180 due to automatic 12-minute increment billing for a quick email from the paralegal to the attorney; a quick email from the attorney to the paralegal; and a quick email from the paralegal relaying the attorney's answer to me. Excruciating. With Jennifer's billing system, I can reach out as I need to without fear of incurring ridiculous costs. I'm not constantly running a calculator in my head and having to decide whether receiving an answer from my own attorney is worth the price. I am so relieved to have Jennifer's representation. Do yourself a favor and hire her immediately for your family law needs. She's excellent in all ways. A true advocate. Exactly what you hope for in the person representing you.
