Great Divorce Attorney!

Ms Schading was my divorce attorney in 2011. Today, I wrote her a thank you for all that she did to get me back on my feet. I'm following up with my review here on this site. After being a stay-at-home mom for most of my married life, I was faced with a slow job market and very dated job skills. ...I was either over-qualified by my CPA title or under-qualified by my dated credentials. Liz helped me get a spousal support award that gave me the time I needed to get back in the job market and work my way up to a reasonable wage. She also made sure that I got the quit claim deed for my townhouse that I needed to secure a loan modification to allow me to stay in my home. She made sure that my ex paid for the attorney fees that I had incurred due to his refusal to settle, forcing us to go to trial. Lastly, she helped me get a new name and that just put a big smile on my face. :) Liz did a great job representing me during the trial. She is organized and very thorough. She knew how to present my case to encourage the judge to rule in my favor. I received less than I asked for, but more than I expected. The award was a financial life-saver. The day she called me with the news was one of the happiest in my life. I highly recommend her to you just as I've recommended her to my friends - and as she had been recommended to me by TWO of my friends. Best wishes to you.

prejudice and not thorough

My ex and I used Ms. Schading as a PTE. She refused to read all of our history and issued orders knowinglly uninformed. She issued orders that were outside her scope of authority. The orders she did issue were knowingly unsubstantiated. All of her communication was biased in favor of the female. ... Ms. Schading was confronted on her malfiesence at which time she became spiteful and attempted revenge by assisting my ex and her attorney with a manufactured court denfese against my custody. My argument was brought before court and I won. Schading is a bitter divorced woman who cannot remain nuetral. unethical!

Very Responsive

Liz was 2nd attorney on my divorce. She is very professional and well known. Helped me to an acceptable settlement in a timely manner. As with anything, the consumer must do their homework and participate in the process. Divorce is expensive and mistakes can happen. Be involved and review all documen...ts.
