Skilled advocate on your side. Makes things simple and approachable!

Adam was great from the very beginning. He listened to me and made it clear that he heard me, understood both me and my case, and knew how to proceed. Adam kept me appraised of everything going on before it even happened, laying out the steps clearly, and taking the time to help me understand my o...ptions. Right out of the gate he told me I had a good case, and that while there are no guarantees, he felt I had a strong chance of winning in trial. However, when we discussed the options and what that would look like, he completely respected and supported my decision/preference to plea bargain if able in order to avoid the time and stress of going to trial. (Something I never have, and never want to do.) Adam advises me on what steps to take outside of court to help my case, and through a little negotiation on his part and a lot of taking his advice on my part he got the best possible outcome for me and my case! I couldn’t be happier, and the process could not have been easier. I totally recommend Adam for his skill, and his ability to communicate, listen, and explain the process.

Excellent Attorney

Adam was great. I hired Adam on September 12, 2019. I will be recommending him to any of my peers who might need future legal counseling. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He was caring and respectful by the way he listened to me and explained court proceedings in a way so that... I could understand. I also appreciate that he was readily available during our time together. He was easy to get a hold of and always open to talk or go over questions if I needed him. He also cared about what I wanted and was transparent about the options we had. Adam's counseling made me feel calm and empowered in a situation that initially had me feeling scared and confused. On my court date Adam negotiated exactly what we requested and his hard work paid off. Thank you Adam!

Incredibly helpful, understanding and professional.

I don't even know where to begin because Adam has been absolutely incredible. I reached out to many lawyers on this website and I'm going to be honest and say that I was very disappointed in a lot of them including ones that were supposedly highly-rated. Adams response when I reached out was not only... professional, he gave me advice and was incredibly reasonable with his fee. He explained everything every step of the way. I know absolutely nothing about law and if I had a question, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on, what needed to happen and how he was going to tackle the situation. I am permanently keeping his cell phone number in my phone book and I will gladly recommend him to anybody and will definitely use him in the future for anything that may arise. Even though my case was a traffic offense, he took my case very seriously and got the outcome I wanted. If you're reading this review, I want you to know that you will not regret hiring Adam.

Excellent advice - super smart guy!

I had a minor traffic issue that I needed help with. I didn't know what to do or what the potential outcomes could be. I called Adam and he advised me appropriately, was honest in his assessment instead of simply "telling me what I wanted to hear" and worked with me to determine a fair price for his ...services. Thankfully my minor traffic issue remained minor and I never needed to actually have Adam "defend" me, but I know I would have hired him in an instant if I needed a lawyer. He is super smart, and communicates superbly, and I felt as though although he always had my best interests in mind, he also set very appropriate expectations for me. I am hopeful never to need his services, but I would contact him instantly if I needed a defense lawyer and would highly recommend him to others.

My Optimal Outcome

I had never hired a lawyer in my life, but after being arrested for 3rd degree DWI, I felt overwhelmed by the potential penalties and next steps I needed to take. Fortunately, the first legal professional I spoke to was Adam. He answered all of my initial questions and scheduled time to meet me and... my wife in person to discuss my case. After reviewing the incident, he informed me of my rights and how pursuing different options may look based on the details of the case. One point of emphasis was determining what the optimal outcome for me would be. After this consultation, I knew that we were on the same page and I was comfortable retaining him to represent me in this case. I have a career and a family. My biggest wish was to not spend any time away from either of them. I told Adam my goal would be to avoid any jail time. Due to the nature of my work, I also wanted to avoid any inconvenient probation officer meetings, random urine tests, or monitoring systems. Adam instructed me to schedule a chemical use assessment so we could understand how my use may play a role in my outcome. He also suggested being proactive in attending a MADD panel as well as taking steps to get my driver’s license reinstated. I made sure to get out in front of the issue as much as possible and complete everything prior to my court appearances as recommended. Adam had a chance to talk to the county attorney’s office prior to my first appearance. The initial offer met all my wishes for an optimal outcome – no jail or no home monitoring. I talked to my wife and although we were happy with the initial offer, if we could get reduce the charges to 4th degree DWI, the misdemeanor charge vs. a gross misdemeanor would be easier to explain to any future employer. Prior to my final court appearance, that is exactly the agreement that was reached. Not only that, but the fine was about $100 less than typically charged in that county for a 4th degree DWI. I told Adam that although I’m not happy about this incident, I’m satisfied with the outcome. I’m sure every case and everyone’s expectation for outcomes can be unique. Adam is a lawyer who will listen to the details, find out what is important, and do everything he can to achieve what is best for his clients.

"I know Adam both personally and professionally. Adam is compassionate, professional, prepared, and above all else, loyal. Adam and I met in undergrad, and I have known him throughout his professional development. Adam has always been smart, intuitive, and ready to listen. He excelled in law school, and is well-respected in the legal community at a young age. Adam and I worked together as clerks, and even then he took the time to get to know every single client. He worked hard to make sure that even the smallest cases got the attention they deserved. Adam is the rare kind of smart and compassionate that really makes him standout. He has garnered some great results for his clients. As his friend I see his commitment to each one."
