I have represented clients in the construction industry for the past six years, from small subcontractors to large general contractors, in a large array of matters including defect litigation, lien foreclosure and defense, contract drafting and interpretation, and general liability insurance issues.

In addition to my litigation experience in each of my other practice areas, I have built a broad base of general civil litigation expertise starting with my clerkship at the Texas Third District Court of Appeals and continuing through today. I draw on an extensive background of business management and legal experience to assist clients in evaluating and resolving legal issues.

Contracts, choice of entity, formation, dissolution, transactions, UCC, risk analysis and consultation. I have assisted business clients with the formation and winding down of business entities, consulted on contract issues, provided drafting services. I have reviewed and analyzed insurance coverage and risk issues for both businesses and individuals.

Coverage, subrogation, defense. I spent much of the past 7 years handling insurance defense litigation, and am well equipped to assist you in any matter that touches on insurance issues.
