My experience with JP left much to be desired. At the outset, JP exuded confidence and made grand promises about the outcome of my case. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. I engaged JP's services for a pre-trial, having been assured that my case would be handled with thoroughness... and expertise. Despite paying a significant sum of $8,000, the pre-trial was shockingly brief, with minimal interaction between JP and the opposing party's attorney. To my dismay, the judge swiftly announced that we were proceeding to trial without any meaningful negotiation taking place. What compounded my disappointment was JP's lack of transparency and accountability. When questioned about the abrupt end to the pre-trial and the absence of negotiation attempts, JP evaded providing satisfactory answers. Moreover, his request for an additional retainer for the upcoming trial felt premature and left me questioning the value of the services I was receiving. Upon further investigation, it became apparent that JP's communication with the opposing counsel was sorely lacking, a fact confirmed by the opposing party's attorney. This revelation was particularly distressing, as JP had misled me during the pre-trial by suggesting that negotiations were progressing positively when, in fact, no such discussions had taken place. In hindsight, my experience with JP was characterized by unmet expectations, ineffective communication, and a failure to deliver on promises. I cannot in good conscience recommend JP's services to others seeking legal representation.
