Mr. Hanratty was very professional yet personable, and he was very reassuring. I was not referred to him at all so it was a 'cold call', if you will, and he projected a truthful yet confident demeanor, which was exactly what I was looking for. I am so glad I decided to shop around and found him, beca...use he did better than I could've hoped-- and for a VERY REASONABLE price. Considering that I had multiple priors in MN, one of which was within 10 years of this most recent charge, AND it was a refusal on top of it, as well as unrelated past offenses (which always weigh on the current one)... Keith was able to get the refusal dismissed, no jail time, 1 year of probation, and a small fine. I couldn't believe he was able to work out this kind of a deal.
