I have spent most of the past 33 years helping individuals and companies solve their employment issues. My expertise in the field has been recoginzed by my peers [fellow lawyers and law firms] who have sought me out to help them sucessfully resolve their employment litigation issues and colloborate on their cases.
In addition, much of my work has come from referrals mainly from long time practitioners who recognize my passion for providing lasting solutions for my clients.
I have also been active in the community having previously served on a site counsel for my children's elementry school as well as the financial counsel for my parish. More recently I have been active in coaching athletics including 15 years coaching youth and AAU basketball as well as youth football and soccer teams.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Eric Satre for over twenty-five years and have had the pleasure of working with Eric on a number of employment cases. He is an excellent attorney and a tireless advocate for the employees he represents. Eric is a knowledgeable and skilled employment attorney who gets the best possible results for his clients. Eric is respected in the legal community as an attorney who zealously represents his clients in a highly ethical manner."
"I heartily endorse this lawyer. Eric Satre is one of the preeminent Plaintiff's employment attorneys in Minnesota. We practiced together in a small firm many years ago. We worked as co-counsel and tried cases together, during and after our work at that firm. Eric's caring and thoughtful advice to me and our clients over the years has been outstanding. His hard work, insight, and practical knowledge regarding so many areas of employment and discrimination law has helped us win or settle many cases and resolve employment disputes. Eric Satre is the first person I call when I want to discuss a complex case in the employment arena. He never disappoints, and often suggests a legal theory or solution that is practical and sound, but creative and original."
"I endorse this lawyer. Eric is very experienced in the area of employment law. He is professional, articulate and very fair. We worked on an employment case that most employment attorneys are not willing to work on. Because of his expertise in the area, we achieved a better outcome than the client expected."
