One of the worst, incompetent, immoral attorneys' I ve encountered in my life time. He consistently missed 90% of my scheduled court dates, his entire objective when we met initially in the county visiting room was to plead out asap without viewing my discovery first as he asserted. This ignorant-emb...icile even convinced me to plead to an illegal upward departure of 90 months with no criminal background. Even lied to my family and myself asserting I would get an earlier release due to overpopulation in the MN DOC and If reading this: I promise Torres BETTER NOT ASSERT I AM LYING NOR MY FAMILY IS LYING...I PRAY HE DOES NOT INSULT MY INTEGRITY OR DIGNITY as .... enough said.
