As described above, I handle all aspects of litigation relating to the employment relationship, including discrimination claims. My practice focuses on disputes relating to breach of contract (including post-employment restrictive covenants), breach of fiduciary duty (including usurpation of corporate opportunity), misappropriation of trade secrets, and other business torts. Also handle various other types of commercial litigation.

I handle all aspects of employment discrimination litigation, as well as counseling clients on discrimination issues. This includes claims for age, disability, race, religion and sex discrimination, and harassment based upon any of the protected criteria. Typically, though not exclusively, on the defense side. I defend individual, multi-party, and class action claims.
