Not an advocate for Women!

I was referred to Scotty and was excited to speak with him because I understood that he had experience working with CPS and had pursued claims involving CPS misconduct. I contacted him because my case is complex and I hoped he could review my CPS report and provide meaningful guidance. I have been li...mited to supervised visitation with my children, and the situation has been emotionally exhausting. Unfortunately, I left the consultation feeling as though I was speaking with opposing counsel rather than an advocate. He made comments that I found inappropriate and concerning, including that he would charge me a higher retainer because the case would involve substantial work and because I would be “a lot of work.” When I questioned that statement, he said it would take significant explanation for him because it seem as though I had a hard time understanding. He was cruel and mean I explained that I was not interested in paying an attorney who had no clear plan and appeared unwilling to help. Instead of discussing potential strategies, he blamed me for the circumstances and expressed what I felt was extreme judgment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him, particularly to anyone seeking a supportive and client-focused attorney in a CPS or family-law matter.

Very Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience with attorney Scotty. Communication was poor, and I often felt ignored when I needed updates or clarification. Deadlines were missed, and I never felt like my case was a priority. His lack of professionalism and attention to detail caused unnecessary stress and delays. I w...ould not recommend him to anyone looking for reliable legal representation.

Absolutely the worst .

Scotty is by far the worst the attorney I’ve ever worked with or heard of . If whatever you are hiring him for is important to you , do yourself a favor and seek counsel elsewhere. He’s lazy , non supportive and doesn’t communicate well at all !!! Often times it really felt as if he was working for t...he other side . DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR ATTORNEY!!!
