Nicole is currently handling a very difficult medical case for me where a device has failed. I'am very lucky to be able to write this review. She has kept in constant contact with me and answers my e-mails promptly when I have a question or remember something that may pertain to my case. She was up f...ront with me that my case will take some time to get into the courts. Doing my own research to see the time other cases like mine would take by others she was telling the truth. In many cases it was that the courts were backed logged with cases. In some states over a year. The other thing I liked was I was having a difficult time finding a lawyer to take my case I finally found a firm in New York who highly recommended Nicole. I found that unusual as firms I have dealt with would remain neutral towards another firm or lawyer or very seldom recommend someone outside of their own firm. I have learned from previous cases including my divorce, for the best outcome you have to be patient and let the lawyers do their jobs. In my case and what this entails I let her do her job and if she needs anything I answer her promptly.
