I was involved in a paternity dispute. I contracted Ms. Kreklau for various legal services representing my interests. We attempted to reach an agreement with little chance of success, which was understood. I requested work-product from our case, and it took 5 weeks to receive ANY documentation. Durin...g that time, I endured paternity hearings with NO way to prove I had offered to provide support for my son's mother before his birth. This caused me to lose valuable leverage in my civil matter. She finally turned over work-product AFTER I faxed her a completed OLR complaint form. She only turned over the work-product after showing I was willing to complain. I had already submitted the OLR complaint.
