It was difficult to find an attorney for our friend, who was hospitalized at the time. We meet with Dave Burns, had a thorough interview. He meet at the hospital with our friend. We think that this preparation was critical to the great outcome we had. An absolutely terrific result.

Wills and estate planning
My husband and I went to Dave Burns to have our health care directive, wills, and estate documents drawn up and formalized. I can't say enough about him, his professionalism,and knowledge of the matters at hand. Very reasonable rates, would recommend to anyone seeking these services.

Don't hire him
He came recommended, what a mistake. I had to repeat my case to him multiple times, even after having the info sent to him in an email. He did not relay pertinent info to the opposing lawyer. He was not responsive to communication, sent me other clients personal info, and was a bad choice for a la...
